    Shift: Night Shift (US Region)

    Job Purpose:

    Maximize lead generation and drive sales opportunities for IT services by engaging with potential customers, collaborating with marketing & sales teams, and ensuring revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    โœ… Lead Generation & Sales

    • Research and identify potential customers in the US market.
    • Drive outbound sales efforts and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
    • Engage with business accounts to create new opportunities.
    • Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns to convert leads into sales.

    โœ… Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

    • Utilize calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage prospects.
    • Influence senior-level decision-makers remotely.
    • Maintain strong relationships with regional sales and marketing teams.

    โœ… Sales Operations & Reporting

    • Track leads and update CRM systems regularly.
    • Ensure data accuracy and follow standard sales processes.
    • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    ๐ŸŽ“ Education: MBA or equivalent (preferred)

    ๐Ÿ“ˆ Must-Have:

    • Strong experience in IT services & solution selling.
    • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
    • High energy, self-motivated, and result-driven mindset.
    • Ability to multitask & manage time effectively.
