Shift: Night Shift (US Region)
๐ Experience: 4-7 YearsJob Purpose:
Maximize lead generation and drive sales opportunities for IT services by engaging with potential customers, collaborating with marketing & sales teams, and ensuring revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
โ Lead Generation & Sales
- Research and identify potential customers in the US market.
- Drive outbound sales efforts and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Engage with business accounts to create new opportunities.
- Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns to convert leads into sales.
โ Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Utilize calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage prospects.
- Influence senior-level decision-makers remotely.
- Maintain strong relationships with regional sales and marketing teams.
โ Sales Operations & Reporting
- Track leads and update CRM systems regularly.
- Ensure data accuracy and follow standard sales processes.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
๐ Education: MBA or equivalent (preferred)
