CCA is one of the world’s top five Coca-Cola bottlers accessing more than 265 million consumers in the Asia-Pacific region. CCA was using a legacy pallet labeling mechanism right from work order selection against the manufactured products to get them receipted as finished goods into SAP system for their inventory management throughout their plants across New Zealand and Australia. Covalensedigital was selected to automate the entire supply chain in order to replace the older legacy system with a fully automated Pallet Labeling System (PLS) across non-warehouse sites and enhancing the existing system for warehouse sites. The system was seamlessly designed and developed initially for all CCA plants across New Zealand and subsequently the system was introduced across Australian sites.
