Situation

The client organization is a US prepaid MVNO that has offerings under 10 different brands with 20+ million subscribers. The client’s main goal was to get all the brands under the same billing system.

Solution

Covalensedigital successfully set up a unified billing solution and facilitated in getting all the brands under it. We implemented an AWS Cloud based solution on BRM. This also included migration of 8 million subscriber-base into the BRM. Covalensedigital made billing easy & simple for the US MVNO to achieve full customer delight.
