Vector signs MSA for implementation of Siebel CRM

Vector is the New Zealand's largest distributor of electricity and gas across Auckland region covering around 40 towns and cities in the North Island with nearly 800 OnGas bottle swap outlets across New Zealand. Under a MSA, Vector awarded the Route Optimisation project to reduce kilometres and labour costs though efficient scheduling and reducing pressure on their constrained resources. The implementation involves an onsite team supported by offshore team in Bangalore using Oracle Siebel CRM stack.
