Establishment of Siebel CRM Practice in New Zealand
Since the Business Development activity is focused on Telecommunications and Energy clients, who predominately use Siebel CRM, Covalense BDU has identified a gap in the Siebel CRM services market in New Zealand, an area where Covalense has great skills.
By running a targeted campaign on Siebel CRM, we secured a Siebel CRM project at Vector Energy, a largest distributor of electricity and gas in New Zealand. This has enabled Covalense to establish an initial Siebel CRM team in NZ, and the team is already on their way to address this first Siebel CRM project. The project would be completed by March ’16, with more potential work in the pipeline.
