Covalensedigital Signs MoU with TCIL for Digitization of communications sector

Bangalore/New Delhi: Covalensedigital India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL). This collaboration aims to explore the potential of Csmart Customer Experience(Cx), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Csmart Digital Marketplace (CDM) products in the Enterprise 5G, MVNO, MVNE, IT and Telecom sectors, as well as other wireless communication technologies. Further this collaboration aims to harness the collective expertise and strengths of both organizations to drive innovation and create new opportunities in the rapidly evolving telecom industry. This journey will embark on exploring newer markets for Digitization of Communications service providers across geographies.
