Covalensedigital assisting Vodafone, Qatar in Data Migrations

As part of the Government of Qatar’s directives on computerization of customer records, Vodafone Qatar has selected Covalensedigital for customer data migration into enterprise wide Siebel CRM System used by Vodafone. As part of this manual process, large quantities of Mobile customer records were migrated into Siebel CRM using a web client with almost 6 SIGMA quality standards. Since February 2010, Covalensedigital has successfully deployed large teams for this enterprise wide project and executed the work from an offshore environment.
