  We're hiring for Senior and Junior Product analyst
  
  Exp:4 to 12Yrs

  ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Excellent Business Analysis skills such as Requirements Gathering, Requirements Elicitation, Stakeholder Engagement, Planning Business Continuity processes, Process mapping and process improvement with telecom clients.

  •  Perform GAP Analysis, As - Is process analysis, To-Be process design & improvement.

  •  Product CatLog & Order Entry/Enrichment fields specification & Business rules.

  •  Proposed To-Be process flows and demonstrated business value in terms of improvement in Time2Market, Time2Deliver and Time2Implement by hosting the integration and manual touch points.

  •  Client interaction for scoping, efforts justification, solution, and delivery.

   

  Mandatory Skills Required - Telecom, E2E exposure, including self-care channels, digital integrations, payment gateways, KYC, CRM, Dear Management, Campaign, promotions and loyalty, revenue management, product catalogue, customer notification, prepaid and post-paid scenarios, customer onboarding, provisioning, authentication protocols, Dear Management, Dealer, inventory management, OSS,BSS,BRM, smart ticketing, mediation.
