  JD: Ownership for Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling Interviews with Technical Panels, Interview Coordination, Hiring experience in Corporate. Exposure for Working knowledge on Vendor Management System .

  Experience in Product Hiring.

  Experience in full cycle of recruitment right from gathering requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing to close the internal requirements based on Hirecraft through Internal & External Hiring Sources interviewing to close the requirements till onboarding.

  Experience in Talent Acquisition, Team Management, Stakeholder Management, Lateral Hiring, Diversity Hiring , Social Media Recruiting & Niche Skill hiring. Responsible for salary negotiation, benefits and checking on cultural fitment for the selected candidates and taking them through the on-boarding,
